Les premi\u00e8res ventes en bouteilles se font en 1950, depuis, quatre g\u00e9n\u00e9rations perp\u00e9tuent la tradition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019exploitation viticole compte \u00e0 ce jour 15 ha de vignes cultivant comme c\u00e9pages principal le Riesling, le Gewurztraminer et l\u2019Auxerrois Pinot Blanc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Domaine&nbsp;Anstotz est certifi\u00e9 en&nbsp;<strong>Agriculture Biologique<\/strong>&nbsp;depuis 2012.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vinification et l\u2019\u00e9levage sur lies fines se fait principalement dans des foudres en ch\u00eane dont l\u2019\u00e2ge varie de 80 \u00e0 120 ans pour les plus anciens.
